I was looking for a new moisturising after I had run out of my usual. My skin had been getting worse recently and thought maybe it is time for a change. The night cream was recommended by Gok Wan on his Channel 4 television show How To Look Good Naked, so I figured I would give the day cream a shot.

Description

Siana day cream is a light cream formula developed in line with the latest scientific insights for the action protection and care of you facial skin. This is a day cream with Bioflavone and Co-enzyme Q10 and is suitable for all skin types.

Packaging

The cream is inside a small clear glass jar with a blue plastic lid. When you buy the product, the jar is packaged inside a small sky blue coloured card box.

Application of Product

For use of the moisturiser, the best results are to apply a small amount where required to a washed face and neck, gently rubbing into your skin. This is a fantastic product to use as a make-up base as foundation goes on well onto it.

It is recommended that for best results, you should combine the use of this day care product with Siana Nourishing Anti Wrinkle Night Cream. Regular use may assist in reducing the appearance of existing wrinkles and help to minimise the formulation of new ones.

Shelf Life

When stored properly, Siana skin care day cream has a shelf life of up to 30 months, however once opened, it is suggested that the product should be used within 12 months. The 50ml jar lasts approximately 2 to 3 months.

Negative point

If you do not seal the jar properly, as suggested, the moisturiser does take a harder, congealed form, which you are then not able to use. However, as the jar is simple and easy to open, it should not be a problem.

In my opinion, Siana day cream is of fantastic quality and I cannot recommend it enough, particularly due to its inexpensive price during the time of the credit crunch.
