Advantages: Feels light and fresh, good for combination, sensitive or oily skin, moisturises well, not greasy

Disadvantages: Sometimes a little hard to find in shops, 100% shine free doesn't last all day

I have tried various moisturisers in the past and have found that the Simple range is the best. Currently I use the oil balancing moisturiser as I have spot prone skin and wanted a moisturiser that was not going to aggravate it. I think it does work, my skin stays oil free for much longer when I use this than when I don't use it.

It includes the active ingredient Zinc PCA which is supposed to 'gently absorb excess oil' and it has a natural antibacterial which 'helps reduce blemishes'. Also it does not have perfume in it which can sometimes upset sensitive skin.

Since I have been using this moisturiser, I have not noticed any dry patches on my face at all. It is light and feels natural, not greasy or artificial which to me is really important because I don't want to be able to feel products on my skin throughout the day. When you put it on, it feels water-based rather than oil based and this is what helps give it it's light and fresh feeling. It is a brilliant base for make-up as it stays a little 'wet' for a few minutes, so foundation can be blended well. I do think it helps take away some excess oil, however during the day I sometimes notice my face is a little shinier than I would like it.

I usually find it at Boots stores for about £3.79 for a 75ml tube, which I don't think is a bad price because I find it lasts a couple of months and it is very good for my skin.

Now I have started using this moisturiser, I do not want to stop using it because it is the best one I have found to suit my skin. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't found a moisturiser to suit them yet, especially if you have combination, sensitive or oily skin.
