Advantages: Easy to use - no added ingredieants

Disadvantages: Expensive at 11.7p a wipe

Simple is renowned for its skincare products so when I saw Simple revitalising exfoliating wipes on offer at Tesco's for 2 for £4.00 I thought I would give them a try. The normal price is £2.92 for 25 wipes which works out at 11.7p per wipe which is a little expensive. So 50 for £4.00 seemed like a good bargain!

It's a well known fact that Simple products have no added ingredients but just in case anyone didn't know the wipes are in a green plastic packet with the words "no colour no perfume" written all over it and a white resealable sticker. The simple skincare range contains no animal ingredients and all products are dermatolgically approved.

These wipes are double - sided and are used to gently remove dead skin cells, cleanse and thoroughly revive your skin

The wipes are very easy to use you just:

1. Lift the re-sealable sticker and remove one wipe
2. Using the exfoliating side of the wipe, wipe over the face and neck taking care to avoid the delicate eye area.
3. Turn the wipe over to the smooth side and then wipe over face, neck and the delicate eye area to effectively cleanse and remove make up.
4. Finally throw away the used wipe and make sure the pack is properly sealed to prevent the wipes drying out.

On opening the pack I was pleasantly surprised by how moist the wipe was. The exfoliating side feels a bit like wet sand on the skin so I can understand why it says avoid the delicate eye area. On turning the wipe over, it is soft, smooth and gentle like the simple cleansing wipes and I found that it removed most of my eye make-up without much effort, apart from the waterproof mascara which took a bit of an effort as it seemed to clog the lashes in places.

Each wipe contains Aloe Vera which helps soothe and condition the skin and Pro- vitamin B5 which restores, softens and smoothes.

Afterwards my skin felt very clean, soft and refreshed, there was no greasy residue that you can get with some other products.

I have even used them on my feet, to refresh and revive them after a day's work in this hot humid heat.

I will definitely buy them again, if there is another offer.

Summary: Worth buying if on offer or your skin needs refreshing.

Well reviewed but I can't see me buying them - the sensation of wet sand on my skin is not one I particularly enjoy!
