Advantages: Cheap and cheerful for the money...

Disadvantages: Horrible smell put me off...

I use face wipes all the time, morning and night to freshen my face when I wake up and to cleanse my makeup off before bed.

Of course I wash my face too but these are my usual way to clean my skin (:

Recently in offer in Wilkos these skin therapy 3 in 1 facial wipes were buy one get one free for 97p and considering there are 25 wipes in a pack that's really good value!

I picked up one fragranced and one fragrance free to try both types as they are to 'gently cleanse tone & moisturise delicate skin' and 'normal' skin too.

The wipes themselves are about six inch squared and are quite thick in texture which is good as they don't rip easily. There are little indentations in them which seem to soak up my mascara and eyeliner pretty well, and they are really moist too.

The facial wipes felt gentle on my face but I didn't like the fragrance at all, it smelt very chemical-like rather than perfumed and the after smell lingered on my skin - not good :(

The wipes are quite strong but then so is the smell, lol!

They didn't dry out straight away so are well moistened with liquid but not for me, and I don't think they would be good for anyone with sensitive skin as the stuff that was impregnated into each one did smell pretty strong.

I usually use better quality wipes on my face but we had run out at home, the fragrance free were a lot better for my skin type and I guess you do get what you pay for?!

Not for me thanks, they did the job of cleaning my skin but I didn't like this type at all. Two stars for the moistness and size as they were big enough for one to do the clean up job and my face did feel soft after I used one, but three lost for the horrid chemical odour, yukky.

Summary: Not for me i preferred the fragrance free version (:
