I really like how light the balm is and it doesn't feel claggy on your lips like some lipbalms can. I have a bit of a penchant for lovely lipbalms and Softlips is one of my alltime favourites. I first came across this in the mid 1990s and was drawn to the slimline cylindrical casing, totally different from the usual sized lipsalve sticks available. Softlips used to come in a lovely peppermint flavour which made your lips tingle with minty freshness and other varieties (cherry and vanilla) contained menthol, giving that tingle whichever flavour/scent you bought. The product seemed to vanish from the shops (I could only ever find it in Boots) for a few years until I spotted it again in Boots a couple of years ago. Another lipbalm review I'm afraid, have been at such a loose end at work I'm going through stuff in my bag! The balm I'm reviewing today is from Softlips, who if their website is to be believed are the world number one lip care product. I actually purchased mine in America in a two-pack, but their UK site states that you can get them at Boots, Superdrug and Tesco. Unfortunately I haven't been able to locate a price for these over here, which I realise is fairly unhelpful, but they're not one of the pricier products so you're looking to pay £2 max I would have thought.
