Advantages: Moist, Tea Tree, Theraputic Peppermint Oil
Disadvantages: Might not be suitable for sensitive skin (although I have no problems with them)
After trying various brands of cleansing wipes, I settled for Superdrug's Tea Tree Cleansing Wipes (with natural tea tree and peppermint oils). I was after a pack of wipes which stayed moist and so did their job of cleansing and these were the ones.
Superdrug's Tea Tree Cleansing Wipes come in green packaging with a resealable tab that peels back to reveal the wipes. Once you are done, make sure you reseal the pack to help keep the wipes moist. I have tried other cleansing wipes, but more often than not they have either dried out or weren't all that moist to start off with, however these are just the job.
The wipes are also soft and, despite being Tea Tree, they aren't harsh on your skin. I have found Tea Tree to feel like it's burning my skin with some products, but not with these. The peppermint oil is known for having a thereputic effect on skin disorders and cooling (apparently) and they certainly work wonders for the skin on my face.
The wipes smell exactly how they're supposed to... of tea tree and peppermint. It's actually quite a nice smell.
1 pack contains 30 wipes. Superdrug's usual price is £2.98, but I often find them on offer. At the moment they're selling 2 packs for £3.99, but sometimes you'll find them on the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. If I'm in Superdrug and these are on offer then I'll often pick up a pack or two as I know I'll use them. I'll be using them forever more!
