I first bought this mask because i was looking for a quick anti-breakout treatment for my combination skin, and it's one of the few that you can buy as a sachet rather than a whole tube. I always think that's a good sign - if the manufacturers are confident enough to let you try a small quantity before investing in the full size product, I think it's more likely to be good! The mask is "self heating" and contains zinc and clay to absorb oil and impurities. On squeezing out of the sachet, it's a pale blue colour (no chance of not being able to see where you've already applied this!) and has a slight medicinal smell which i thought was very ... I used to work in London and my skin really seemed to suffer from all the pollution. This product stated that it would enable deep down cleaning, so I thought it would do the job drawing out some of the gunk I seemed to attract travelling to and from work. (I think it is initially aimed at oily/spotty skin) It was £3.74 from Boots and comes in a 75ml tube that stands on its click open lid (also handy as you can squeeze those last little bits out at the end!) The packaging states that 'its self heating action gently opens pores to enable deep-down cleaning, whilst pure clay absorbs excess sebum and oils. Skin is left feeling pure, soft and cleansed ... Face masks have always baffled me. They say on the packets that they clean your skin, remove impurities, make your skin smoother etc, but I never found one that seemed to work for me or make any difference. Then I found this product. The thing that made me buy it was that it said it was a three minute treatment. I don’t like taking too much time with beauty care; I like it to get on and do its job. Also I was impressed by two of the ingredients – clay and zinc. I knew that clay was good for absorbing oils in the skin and that zinc was a good at healing. So convinced that this might work I promptly bought it. The product comes in a 75ml upside-down tube, which ... Read the complete review

I've never tried a face mask before but when I saw this on offer in Boots for 99p and gave it a try. It's designed to dry up the oily patches on your skin and do some deep down cleansing. I hate the sticky icky feeling in warm weather! For 99p you get a 10ml sachet which basically one face mask treatment. I'm not sure if you can buy a pack containing several masks though. It's made with active natural ingredients and has a self-heating action. (To open pores and cleanse deep down) The pure clays in the mask absorb excess oils from your skin and there is some Zinc, which is known for its regulating action according to the packet. The mask is ... Read the complete review
