The difference is this product is oilier, thicker in texture and comes in a pot; Lipocils comes in a mascara tube and is a thinner formula.
It doesn't state on Talika's website the ingredients used in this product.
~Application~
You use this as a night treatment, remove all eye makeup with a remover of your choice. Making sure all mascara is removed.
Apply to the base of lashes to be sure the product penetrates the roots. You need a small amount for each eye for it to be significant.
