... use! I used to dread taking my make-up off because it's as smooth as sandpaper in a desert! It scraped across my skin and it was like striking a match stick! My face was so painful! Instead i used them to clean my shoes after and before nights out! These face wipes are not meant for the face! I don't even have sensitive skin yet it felt like my skin was being ripped off within one swipe of the cloth! Would definitely NOT recommend this unless you want to make your face sore! Not good for skin! So make sure you don't us...more

*~Tesco - Deep Cleansing Face Wipes~* *~Wipe Away The Day~* *~Price~* £0.98 for a 25 pack, which works out as 4p per wipe. They are sometimes on offer as buy one get one free (this includes the Tesco exfoliating wipes) *~Packaging~* The wipes come in a pack of 25, the packet is dark blue which fades into light blue lower down the packet. In the centre there a three blue rings and in the centre of the rings is the ‘Tesco’ logo in light blue ‘Clear skin’ in large dark blue letters and ‘deep cleansing facial wipes’ in smaller dark blue letters. There is a sticky flap to open the packet and to re-seal, you have to be careful when ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review DOESN'T GIVE EXACT CLEAR SKIN (603 words)

I'm having such a nightmare time with my skin at the moment. I have oily skin, but a bit combination skin on the cheeks. i had been happily using Clinique Foam Cleanser in the shower every 2 days, and Johnson's Clean & Clear Toner every day and night. That had worked fine for years, but over the last couple of months i've had more and more bad spots. Not just the little ones, big angry red ones. I always stayed away from Proper Acne type treatments, as I found they irritated my skin and left it dry and sore looking, But I thought i'd found my savious in a certain Clearasil Wipe. Great I thought, this is working, and then when I went to buy another pack I was told ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Tesco Clear Skin Deep Cleansing Facial Wipes: Say goodbye to zits for 88p! (1296 words)

Since the other reviews have been written the name and the colour of the packaging has changed for this product. They are the same product but instead of being called Deep Cleansing Wipes they are now called 'Exfoliating Wipes'. From what I can make out after a little research as I say they are the same product and you can't get deep cleansing wipes any longer in this range so my guess is the range has had a revamp in the past year! I bought mine because I love freshen up wipes of any kind. I like the quickness of using wipes and I buy all types, I'm a bit infatuated and I like hygenic stuff! I do wash my face in a decent facial wash every day, Olay ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review What's that rash??!! (433 words)

Since the the birth of my daughter, well since I conceived actually, weird things have been happening to my body. Not least of which is that my skin has started to break out. Now I've always been one of those very lucky people who never needed to worry, I had a great complexion and very rarely got any serious spots even as a teen, I hardly ever wear foundation. So imagine my shock when I realised it had got bad enough for my lovely mum-in-law to ask "Oh, whats that rash all over your face?!". (Shes fond of these types of comments!). I could not let it go unnoticed any longer, action had to be taken. Now knowing that my hectic schedule of ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Tesco Clear Skin Deep Cleansing Facial Wipes 25 for 88p (211 words)

My skin is terrible for breaking out in spots. I am 24 and I still get so many spots!!! And I have used many things to try and get rid of them. Alot very expensive and do not help in anyway. I now use the Clinique 3 steps (read my many reviews od Clinique products). But I needed something to clean my face with to get rid of my make up. After trying many of the leading brands face wipes (which did not get rid of much of my make-up might I add). I decided to try the supermarkets home brand. I thought the Tesco Clear Skin Deep Cleansing Facial Wipes 25 for 88p looked like a real bargain, so decided to give them a try. Am I glad I did!!! They really do ...  Read the complete review

cheap, removes all last traces of make-up smell, doesn't refine pores

Good quality, excellent value! None!

In comparison with other brands, the cotton is reasonable quality. Low price. The cotton tip is probably too tightly wound.
