 ... thing I find with Tesco lip balms' is that you can use the product all the way to the end without loosing the stick. Confused? Well let me explain; being a bloke I keep the lip balm in my pocket. This means it is somewhat warm. Now some lip balms' will soften when warmed and so when you screw the little knurled wheel at the bottom in and out, the product can detach from the screw. Lip balm is one of those products that I keep in my pocket at all times. I guess it is most useful in the winter months when the cold wind is blowing, but hang on, that sounds a bit like our current summer so maybe this is the right time to bring it up. Like all lip balms' of this type the Tesco Lipbalm medicated 4.5g tube is the familiar size and shape with a little removable cap. I prefer the medicated one to the original for three reasons; firstly there is a SPF 15 sun protection rating, secondly the flavour is a very pleasant mint and thirdly you get all this for 67 pence. During my succession of colds over the Winter period (sorry this is the fifth or sixth review in which i've mentioned that... talk about being an attention seeker!), as well as getting a red nose from an over reliance of Tesco Value Tissues, I also got very sore lips. After searching the house for ANY sort of lipbalm, and not finding any (God knows what happened to the 'Vasaline Lip-therapy' or 'Tesco Original Lipbalm' which I previously reviewed) I was forced to go and purchase some more from the supermarket.
