There is a warning with the instructions that useage should be discontinued should irritation accur, but I have found it to be gentle enough to cause no skin irritation, and effective enough to leave my face feeling clean. I do like my face packs/masks, mainly because it's a chance to lie in the bath and do nothing except look ridiculous! I bought this at Tesco, having read several "good" things about the Skin Wisdom range, and because products from Tesco tend to be quite good. The whole range is apparantly holistic skin care which brings the benefits of professional therapies to your own home. It is created by someone called Bharti Vyas who must be something big in the skin care world, because the instructions include a piece where "Bharti says..." (didn't Hector do this?) THE PROMISE...
