Tesco Toner - Vitamin E

As I am trying to reduce the amount of money I spend on beauty products, I have been looking to try more budget brands, which is how I came to purchase Tesco's vitamin E toner. I don't mind trying out cheap products, and in many cases I find that they are as good as the pricier ones, if not better. The toner comes in a very plain clear bottle through which you can see the peach toner, and the label on the front matches the colour of the liquid inside. This is the toner from the Tesco Vitamin E range. They also do a cream cleanser, facial wipes and a moisturiser. They are great products for people on a tight budget - this toner is only 74p for 150ml! According to Tesco, their Vitamin E skin care range is "Enriched with Vitamin A to help care for all skin types". The toner is described as "a refreshing formulation which will remove the last traces of make up and leave your skin feeling fresh and toned."
