Tesco Toner - Vitamin E

This is the toner from the Tesco Vitamin E range. They also do a cream cleanser, facial wipes and a moisturiser. They are great products for people on a tight budget - this toner is only 74p for 150ml! According to Tesco, their Vitamin E skin care range is "Enriched with Vitamin A to help care for all skin types". The toner is described as "a refreshing formulation which will remove the last traces of make up and leave your skin feeling fresh and toned."
