... bag. It's a creamy lotion with a fairly thin, smooth consistency with a nice fresh aloe scent. It feels lovely and refreshing and cooling on the skin, and is very easy to massage in even only using a tiny amount of the lotion. To use it you just massage it into the skin and then either wipe away with tissue or cotton wool, or wash off with water. I always rinse it off with water because my skin just doesn't feel properly clean if I just wipe it off. My skin feels really clean and fresh after using this cleanser, and it fe...more

THE BODY SHOP The body shop has become a major cosmetic and beauty brand over the past few decades, It was founded by a lady called Anita Roddick, who has not only brought these wonderful products into our lives but she has also help change thousands of peoples lives around the world. The body shop cosmetics have become very popular as they are not tested on animals, all of the ingredients are made from natural extracts and not only that, the body shop helps support major projects like under privileged countries, and has even help raise awareness for young HIV sufferers. Price: £3 for 60ml £6.35 for 200ml From: The Body Shop For: Everyday cleansing for all skin types, to dissolve impurities whilst soothing and refreshing. **** Introduction **** I have been using the body shops products for many years now, as I love the fact that they do not test on animals. Over the years I have tried and tested many for the cleanser, toners and moisturisers, The vitamin E range has always been my favorite until recently when my skin has become increasingly dry and sensitive. On my last visit to the body shop I bought this Aloe calming cleanser, as I did not want to irritate my skin further. **** The Cleanser **** This is packaged in the same way at the vitamin E, it comes in a 200ml bottle with a flip top cap, that prevents waste and allows to to use ...  Read the complete review

Anita Roddick established the Body Shop with set principles, the most renowned of which was not to test on animals. This was the first shop of its kind and although many others now exist the Body Shop is famous for it. The bottle is long and thin - a change from most of the bottles which are quite short and squat. The bottle is plastic and slightly glazed. It costs £6.35 and contains 200ml of cleanser. The liquid itself is a creamy green colour (aloe shade!!!(quite similar to avacado) It is very smooth/consistent and absorbs in to the skin very quickly. My skin felt very moisturising and soothed the whole time (I used it twice a ...  Read the complete review

After using many products on my oily skin I have finally found one that doesnt make the problem worse but makes it better. Also with the product not being tested on animals and made from natural ingredients is an added bonus. Ive also found that its brilliant for removing make-up although you may have to use a lot if you wear waterproof mascara and it's not the cheapest of products although the price is fair for the results you get. I think they are roughly £7 each and the toner is similar priced which is also highly recommended. The liquid inside the bottle has quite a thick consistency and is slightly green in colour. It has a very smooth feel to it and absorbs into ...  Read the complete review
