After my experiment with the vitamin E range from the Body Shop, I then realised my skin was slightly more sensitive than I had first thought. During the same shopping spree when I bought the vitamin E products I received a gift set as a freebie which included some trial sized aloe face creams. The aloe soothing night cream was the first I tried because I wanted to try and restore my skin to its former beauty (I can dream). My reasoning for choosing the night cream over the day cream first was because your skin gets the most chance to restore itself at night when you are asleep so I was trying to help it on its way. The night cream is packaged ... Read the complete review

I love trying out all manner of products, I just can't help myself so when a small 15ml pot of this came in a free gift bag I received because of ordering products totalling over £25.00 I had to give it a try. I say free it wasn't that is a lie, it cost me £5.00 and had this small pot, a pot the same size of the day cream, a sample size mascara, small bottles of Moringa shower gel, Aqua lily perfume and body lotion as well as tub of Moringa body butter (that costs £5.00 on its own!) all in a pretty little makeup bag, BARGAIN! I have used the day cream before and it is ok, especially good when my skin is feeling dry and sore, as it doesn't sting when applied. ... Read the complete review

A couple of months ago the Body Shop were running a special deal where you could get a small evening bag stuffed full of small-sized versions of their products for £10. I ordered this bag online and recieved their Aloe Soothing Night Cream inside. The Aloe Soothing Night Cream comes in a plastic jar. The jar is rather plain looking with the Body Shop logo on it and the name of the product written on it in English and in French. This night cream says it is meant for sensitive skin - when I saw it I thought it might be perfect for me. My skin is sensitive, dry as well, and I have generally responded well to creams that contain aloe. To apply the ... Read the complete review

The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Night Cream is £9.75 for 50ml. Sometimes, as it was when I got my first tub, it is also available in a small 15 ml tub, for free with other products when you spend over a certain amount in store. It is a cream suitable for sensitive skin, for use on the face and neck at night time, and claims to leave it smooth and supple as well as calm and protect skin. The tub is light green in colour, with a clear lid. The text on the labels is green, while the labels are a green/white colour. Even though this packaging is quite plain, it is still eye-catching and attractive. The product is simple to use: after cleansing, apply to ... Read the complete review

As the nights started to draw in and the weather getting colder, I ditched my summer creams and headed for the Body Shop to try a product that was richer. Bearing in mind I have used Aloe Vera (r Aloe as it is known now)before but only in the form of the facial wash and toner and have had a success with them I thought I would give it a try. The product itself comes in a weighted pot and because of this it gives the impression that the pots is deeper than it actually is. The cream inside has a thick consistency and for a great coverage you only need a small amount so it lasts a while. The product is quite rich and I felt for night time it was far too rich for ...
