I noticed then that this is a really heavy moisturiser and so I decided to use another one just till the heat becomes more tolerable, and then I will go back to my favourite face cream. I really love Hemp Face Protector and I recommend it to anybody who has dry skin and does not want to pay for the other overpriced moisturisers. Still, you have to bear in mind that this is not a light moisturiser and I do not recommend it at all if you do not have a dry skin....more |

The Body Hemp Face Protector (50ml) I have a combination skin, but I have always had dry patches that no moisturiser ever worked for. Despite preferring to use light moisturisers, I decided to resort to Hemp Face Protector which I delayed trying for a long time even though I am a Body Shop addict. Because I have Love Your Body loyalty card, I paid no more than £7.02 for this product, but normally it costs £7.80 for the 50ml pot without the discount. After my recent holiday in the sun I noticed that my face was, understandably, a little drier than usual. I am already a fan of the Body Shop's Hemp Hand Protector, so thought I'd try this face cream which cost £7.80 for 50ml. Its ingredients include allantoin, panthenol, shea butter, beeswax and hemp seed oil which, according to the Body Shop's website "has an unusually high concentration of essential fatty acids that help to repair the skin's moisture barrier thus helping to restore moisture, smoothness and suppleness."
