Advantages: Best shave cream I have ever used

Disadvantages: You need to use a brush with it.. personally I find this quite fun!

I have long been a victim of horrible razor burn using numerous major shaving brands creams and foams and soaps and everything else that was out there trying to find some way to save my face from the terror that I experienced every morning when I had to shave, to the point that I was spending over £100 a month on professional shaves, then one day I was sent a gift from the heavens in the form of a green tub filled with a off white cream and a faux badger hair brush from the wonderful people at "The Body Shop".

Their maca root shave cream has changed my morning routine from a trial of terror to a ritual of rejuvenation. I have not had the slightest bit of visible razor burn since I started using the brush and soap together in the morning.

This costs £7.80 for 200ml, which lasts me about 9 months, so I think its worth every penny and more.

I will admit I still need a soothing aftershave but my skin is stupidly sensitive as regards shaving anyway but that I only need a small amount of a soothing aftershave instead of a bottle of moisturiser, which says more to me about this wonderful shaving soap than any other form of shaving product I have ever seen or used.

Summary: No other shave cream is getting near my face again
