It's in a handy pump action dispenser which gives you a controlled amount, so it's not easy to use too much which is very good as you only get such a small amount in the bottle. It has a thin gel texture which is really smooth and feels cooling on the skin. It is absorbed almost instantly into the skin so you do need to be quick when applying it to make sure you cover your whole face.
