... a lot of money for a toner, I think, but it does last ages if you use it right. How to use After cleansing your skin, apply a little toner to DAMP cotton wool pads. Using damp cotton pads makes the product go further as you need a lot less of it and it is more gentle on your skin as the pads will glide rather than drag. With a pad in each hand wipe your face in upwards strokes, until your skin feels refreshed and almost tingly. Allow to dry slightly, then complete the routine with a nice moisturiser. Premium Review The Body Shop Vitamin E Hydrating Toner: Does the job - but not so hydrating! (481 words)

So as you may have noticed by now I am a big fan of The Body Shop and I have so far been highly complimentary about their products I have used, despite them being a bit more on the pricier side. ~~Packaging~~ The toner is a part of the Vitamin E range and therefore matches all the other products in this range. The bottle itself is a pale pink colour, the top has screw top but also has a flip section as well. As with most of The Body Shop products the label itself is very simple, yet holding all the necessary information - including the name and main ingredients. The packaging informs you that the products is alcohol free and suitable for all skin ...  Read the complete review

**** Introduction **** I have been a massive fan of the body shop for as long as I can remember, so as soon as I got my first full time job I was visiting the body shop everytime I got paid. I first started to use the body shops vitamin E range when I was fourteen, as I had extemely sesitive skin and the doctor had recommended to my mum that she try this vitamin E on my skin as the cheap stuff i was buying with my pocket money, just was not doing the trick. The only product I have used religiously for the past twelve years is this body shop vitamin E toner. ***** The toner ***** This body shop toner is designed for ...  Read the complete review

For a while, I used the whole Vitamin E skincare range, but as I am a fickle creature and I don't believe in sticking to the same product for too long I now alternate the products with other ones depending on my mood when I run out of something. Despite not using toner, after flirting with a 3 step Clinique range every now and again when I resolve to take more care of my skin, I decided I would give the Vitamin E Hydrating Toner a whirl. It costs £6.50 for a 200ml bottle which doesn't sound too bad but in all honesty it does nothing so it is still a totally unnecessary spend in my opinion. It comes in a pale pink bottle with black and plum ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review How I stay so fresh faced! (594 words)

Now that I've found a couple of face products I'm really happy with and wearing them almost daily, I tend to pay more attention on my skincare, if only for the fact that I need to remove my makeup at the end of the day. I do have phases of routinely using my cleanser, toner and moisturiser, but I admit I slip out of the habit after a week or so, my skin is so well-behaved besides being dry that I get by with minimal effort. These days to remove my makeup I use Body Shop's Vitamin E Cream Cleaner, have always liked the moisturiser from that range, and have had this toner a while since getting it in a set. I use it daily (for) now after using cleanser to remove ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The Body Shop Vitamin E Hydrating Toner: Great toner for combination / dry skin (641 words)

Skin type: All Treatment: Anti-Aging ~ Why Vitamin E Toner ~ A friend of mine is a Body Shop fan and while browsing in the shop I saw their Vitamin E range. I haven't used any products of this range (in fact any of their skin care ranges till then). I ran out of my Simple Toner I thought was a bit on the poor side (it just felt like water) so I thought why not and bought it. ~ Packaging ~ As with most Body Shop products the toner comes in a simple but effective flip-top cylindrical bottle that has the dark green Body Shop logo on. What I really love about The Body Shop packaging is that most containers have screw on lids ...  Read the complete review
