When I purchased 'The Sanctuary Spa Warming Microbrasion Polish' I wasn't particularly looking for this type of product. I was buying a Sanctuary cleanser and there was a 3-for-2 offer on all Sanctuary products. I was flicking through the boots website when I came across this item. It sounded good so I thought I would give it a go. The cost was £9.78 for a 100ml tube. When it arrived I wasn't too sure what to make of it. It comes in a white tube, pretty boring packaging compared to some of the Sanctuary stuff. The instructions tell you to use the product on a clean damp face. My skin rotates between dry, greasy, dry and greasy and normal in the course of every month, but last month it seemed EXTREMELY dry, and I had the effect of my skin peeling off in the worst patches. So, off I went to Boots to find a remedy. I moisturise often, so I decided the best course of action would be to find a really good exfoliator to slough off the peeling skin, and hopefully reveal glowing, non dry skin underneath. I first used this product in the run up to my wedding. At the time I was 5 months pregnant and suffering from serious skin problems and 'teenage spots' caused by the ever increasing hormones which were taking over my body. I had a series of not nice rash like spots under my chin which I knew weren't going to look pretty in the wedding photography and I knew I had to do something about it. I came across this microbrasion polish in my local boots. It was in The Santuary range so I knew I would pay over the odds but thought it was worth it as it was for my wedding.
