Time Delay Softening Line Smoother.

I first came across this product about a year ago (Time Delay products are exclusive to Boots). I spent so much in the store that at the till I was given a £5.00 off voucher to spend on Time Delay products. At the time I remember thinking I have spent too much I can't afford anything else but me being me took a look anyway!!
