Advantages: Lasts forever, Works all day, Is great!
Disadvantages: Expensive
I am going to write about two products from Virgin V…The brightening boost and the radiance boost, (similar, but more effective for a tanned look). Virgin V parties are great. Really great. However Virgin V parties can be expensive as you can become overwhelmed with all the great stuff and fabulous scents that are flying around and end up buying more than you intended. I actually saw the Brightening boost in the magazine and the rep didn’t have any at the party, so it was a bit of a gamble. When I got it, I loved it. I find that you need very little as a lot seems to go a long way, and I tend to apply it on top of my foundation, rather than on top of my moisturiser, as it highlights my cheekbones more. The bottle isn’t actually that big, but a minute amount of the stuff does the trick. So after trying the brightening boost, I decided to get the radiance boost. Again, I ordered from the catalogue and actually to begin with I was a little disappointed with this. I thought that it might have given me a slightly tanned look, but on my skin then, (when it was pale and not very tanned), the boost just served as a blusher and I had wanted slightly more from it than that. However I took it on holiday with me and as my skin tanned I used it again and was delighted with the results. I use this now instead of a blusher and it also highlights my cheeks, and you still only need a tiny amount so it lasts forever! The other good thing is that while my skin is tanned, I don’t use foundation, and sometimes don’t apply it after moisturising. However the cream still has the same effect on my face. Both the brightening and the radiance boost last for quite a long time and give me a ‘healthy glow’ for as long as I need it. The cream is really easy to remove with makeup remover and they both come in cute little tubes. I have to say that I would purchase both of these again when they run out, even though they are
quite expensive. However on the plus side, they seem to last forever!
