Having been an avid user of the Gillette mach 3 for a number of years, and finding that the shaves had been getting progressively worse, I decided to invest in a new razor.

After looking at a number of other razors, including the fusion, I opted for the Titanium Quattro, helped a bit by the price as it was on offer at £2.99, and also the fact it had 4 blades.

Yeah, I have to admit that the price for replacement blades is a little bit more than the Mach 3, but believe me it is worth it. The razor itself is packaged very well, and has the usual plastic holder, and in the back are 2 free blades.

It looks very nice and feels great in the hand as it's metal, nice and shiny! But where this razor excels is in the shave itself. The 4 blades work wonders, cutting through even the thickest of stubble like a hot knife through butter.

Even better is that it doesn't irritate the skin like the Mach 3 did, and cutting myself is a thing of the past! The blades have an aloe vera strip at the top which helps sooth the skin too.

If you are looking for a new razor, and see this on offer then do yourself a favor and pick one of these up. The packs of blades are about 50p more than the Mach 3 ones but it is money well spent!
