Another of my recently purchased and reviewed Skin Ceuticals products - and this one if a firm favourite. I actually don't tend to use a toner regularly and I think the fact that I liked it so much anyway reflects well on the product. The product comes in a white plastic bottle with black spray pump and clear lid. The design is inoffensive and functional. The fact that the product has such a simple design and yet such a large price makes me immediately assume all the money is spent of refining and perfecting a great product. This isn't a gimmicky product designed to make you spend more than you need to, they create a simple design and great product in the ... Read the complete review

This is the final item out of the Skin Ceuticals goody bag I won back in July, I'm not much of a toner kinda girl but I used it to (hopefully) help with some enlarged pores that had developed after I used a particularly scratchy face scrub. It has a typical Skin Ceuticals smell, clinical and unisex but strangely pleasant. The toner comes in a spray bottle and dispenses a fine mist across your face - more hygienic than using your fingers and saves rooting around for cotton wool! The spray leaves your skin as damp as any other product, it's ready to apply foundation over after around five minutes and dries to leave no residue or tackiness. I actually think ... We all know the importance of cleansing and moisturising our skin but one important step in facial care that is often overlooked is toning. Toning is especially essential if you have been cursed with having oily skin as it can bring quick benefits. Us oily skin sufferers have the tendency to have a face scattered with enlarged pores and over enthusiastic sebum glands that just don't know when to stop. By choosing a good toner, we can tighten our supersize pores, making our skin look smoother and removing the excess oils and dead cells that are lurking on our skin and could otherwise have led to blemishes developing. But which product should you ... Read the complete review

I bought a 240ml bottle of this toner online for only £29.50 but I've found some since on eBay for around £18. I'd bought this toner after trying SkinCeuticals gentle cleanser which is fantastic (see review) and purchased this for after cleansing. I bought this particular toner because I have combination skin normal/oily if I had dry skin however then I would have bought the revitalising toner which is around £18-25. The toner includes like the cleanser hydroxy acids and botanical extracts of witch hazel, aloe, rosemary & chamomile. The Aloe Vera and Witch Hazel are two plants that I swear by (see reviews) so I was really happy to buy a product that ... Read the complete review

In my quest for facial skincare products that don't irritate my sensitive skin but still remove the excess oil and prevent spots I came across this Skin Ceutical Toner. I had already tried a couple of their cleansers and once I realised that the calming cleanser was best for me I started trying to choose a toner. This was the first one to be recommended to me and I paid around £22 for a 250ml bottle. I bought mine online and I think there seems to be quite a lot of variation in price, so it's definitely worth shopping around for the best price. The packaging is quite plain, like all of the Skin Ceuticals products I have so far used. A plain white bottle with a ... Read the complete review
