It also dispenses a reasonable amount in one go, I use two pumps but it is nice to have the option of limiting myself to one should I want to. My only issue is not actually being able to reach all of the product once it begins to run out, I like to get my moneys worth and especially with such an expensive product. The cleanser foam is clear in colour and is best described as a lightweight gel. I say lightweight because it is really...more

Skin Ceuticals Foaming Cleanser: Click here for ultra-dry skin! (1022 words)

One of my hobbies is entering competitions and most weeks I'll have at least one small win (currently I seem to be very 'lucky' when it comes to winning Spanish subtitled DVDs) - it is all usually small fry prizes for me, but occasionally the postman will bring me something a bit more exciting. Which is exactly what happened at the end of July, when I opened a dull looking jiffy envelope to discover a selection of Skin Ceuticals products - including this Foaming Cleanser. I have several cleansers 'on the go' at the moment but as this is my weakness I decided to open this new bottle, to see what all the fuss (and very high price!) was about. The Foaming ...  Read the complete review

The product that I'm reviewing is the Skin Ceutical's Foaming Cleanser which is the third and final product I'll be reviewing from the rather expensive Skin Ceutical range. The people behind Skin Ceuticals started out with the idea of primarily improving skin health which they then believed would leave to an improved appearance too. Their products are all advertised as being backed by science and they believe in the three step rule; prevention, protection and correction which sounds like something you'd normally see advertised on the wall of a doctor's surgery in relation to STDs or something similar! They believe that achieving results means more than restoring radiant .  Read the complete review

Skin Ceuticals Foaming Cleanser: A nice cleanser but too drying for my skin! (481 words)

Anyone who has been reading my reviews on skincare will know that I suffer from pretty rubbish skin. It is a combination of dry cheeks, greasy T-zone with occassional spot outbreaks all overlayed with sensitive skin and a mild case of rosacea. Obviously I have to be careful what I use on my skin because of this, and I have tried lots of different products in my quest to find the best skincare routine. This foaming cleanser was recommended to me by a friend who thought that it was brilliant. In fact most of the reviews I have read of this online agree with that sentiment. I'm afraid that I am going to have to disagree though, mainly I think because of my skin's ...  Read the complete review

Quality V Price (735 words)

I have recently invested in a few Skin Ceuticals products so that I can get a feel for the brand and the products on offer. I have to say the price tag does put me off because if the product is not for you then you have invested a huge amount in it. However, when these expensive products do work they work brilliantly. I have to say this is one that impressed me more than some of the others. I like a brand that can back up the products based on science and as all of their products are created using innovative dermatology I instantly trusted what it was offering. I also think the packaging gives a good indication of whether the product is just a gimmick or not. ...  Read the complete review
