I love the turn of autum as for me it signifies the time to get my slow cooker out! I have uses a slow cooker for many years and really couldn't cope without it.
Once a week I cook for,my mum and came up with the bright idea of purchasing one to use at her house. After reviewing many appliances I chose this one as it was reasonably priced and a good brand name. It,also, had the two settings of eight hours and four hours.
The croc pot is of a good 3.5 litre capacity. The base has rubber non slip feet and the electric lead was slightly longer than the one I use at my house which I think is better. The lid is dishwasher proof too.
This slow cooker also, has the extra function of stay warm which proved invaluable for when my sister and I cooked for,the whole family, it enabled us to do,a,huge batch of gravy and kept it warm whilst serving up the rest of the food.
It is easy to clean too.
This slow cooker has enable me to spend more quality time with my mum as I no longer have to rush in after work and try and throw something together. I now take my pre-prepped food,in the morning before work and return to my mums to a glorious aroma of a home cooked meal. Before I leave my mums I prepare another dish so all she has to do,is switch it on!
