Advantages: Easy to use, clean & store. Cheap. Efficient

I have been the proud owner for a few years of a Braun Hand Blender and I think that it is a great product. It costs around £12.00 from Argos, Index etc, is easy to store and is fantastic for blending soups, sauces, you name it. When making food for my baby it was essential, it was so quick and easy to mush up a small amount of food and there are not loads of pieces to wash like lots of other blenders.

You can get more expensive models that have extra things like a beater for cream but I think for a basic product you cant do better. I have had two and they have lasted me about four years each, not bad for £12.00.

I have now got an all singing and all dancing food processor but for most blending needs I always use my Braun.
