My fine Bosch white simple kettle deveoped a leak and so they sold me -cheap- their new posh one (I think now sold under Siemens lable) I won't slander them here but say that it was a very poor design and they refunded my money. I searched for a new kettle of simple design and was not enamoured of much on the market.I liked the Bodum but quality yuk. I saw this new Braun kettle at Amsterdam airport - but the shop was closed. Eventually I traced Braun and they told me that it was on sale at Index catalogue shop at a special price c £28. I think it's normal retail is about £32.
