... despite a couple of calls to them, and a letter written two weeks ago to the Managing Director, I have had no reponse whatever. You can ring the contact number during normal office hours and get a recorded message telling you that they are closed for the weekend, and when you do finally manage to get through, the person on the other end will promise to despatch your item right away, but they don't. They don't answer emails either, and they don't even attempt to contact you to explain what's going on. I will never buy...more

After being delighted with my Antony Worrall Thompson (AWT) breadmaker by Breville, my other half also bought me the AWT Breville food processor, and I was good and didn’t once moan about what a boring present a food processor is. (My mother was once given a toilet seat from my father, in all seriousness, so I am grateful for most things.) I haven’t grown up surrounded by kitchen gadgets, in fact the opposite. My mother still refuses to have anything to do with microwaves and dishwashers, and when my aunt asked where the mixer was on a recent visit, she was handed a wooden spoon. This isn't a bad little blender/mixer/grater/slicer! - It holds 2 litres of 'stuff', be it sliced carrot or grated cheese to the aforementioned enchilada sauce. The ...

I have just purchased an Antony Warrall Thompson Professional food processer by Breville. It is absolutely brilliant and you can do almost anything with it, the thing I like is the juice extracter. I use this quite often as I like to drink fresh orange juice, it is a lot easier than squeezing your own oranges. When you do vegetables, instead of having to cut them yourself, just put them in and all the work is done for you. I find it useful when my grand-daughter comes to stay, as I can just put a small amount of our meal into the blender and within a few minutes her meal is ready to give to her. It has a special storage compartments to ...
