Carlton Multimix HM3 This is a small very cheap, very simple mixer. I have had it for three years, and I do quite a lot of home baking. It has never failed me. The mixer is very easy to clean and so are the two hooks. The best thing apart form the low price is that you really don’t need a lot of storage space. Thin dough mixes for breads and cakes can still be made with this appliance. But it will give a growl, get hot and slow down if the mix is too tough as it’s only 100 W.
