Advantages: HEALTHIER WAY OF FRYING

Disadvantages: NONE THAT REALLY STAND OUT

I am the proud owner of two of these Delonghi Deep Fryers and several other Delonghi Products and I find them to be fantastic quality and well worth the money.

The one thing that I will say that if you do not use the correct oils and correct amount you will have mixed results also you can not allow the oil to get to old, If using old oil the quality will diminish of course and if not cleaned on a regular basis the oil builds up around the rotation ring at the bottom and it will not like dropping into the slot easily but if looked after properly they will last and continue to supply you with beautifully fried food with out the excess oil.

The other good thing about these deep fryers as to other types is that not only do they use less oil, healthier for us but they have a unique cleaning system that comes with it that is convenient and easy to use without all of that messy change over with traditional fryers I also have two of them in the house that are pushed to the back of the cupboard.

I will continue to use Delonghi products as they provide excellent quality for your money.
