The delonghi fryer is brilliant, ive had mine for about 6 months and would never go back to a conventional fryer, the actual basket rotates at an angle therefore allowing the food to be fried using a lot less oil. I've had my Delongi rotofryer for about a year now. It was admittedly quite pricey in comparison to most deep fat fryers, but well worth the money.
