Advantages: produces a lot of heat, temp is adjustable, also has a timer

Disadvantages: gets very hot be careful, quite expensive

Athough we only lived in a very small two up two down house it was still getting a bit chilli in the evenings. We had double glazing but it was still not a pleasure getting into bed without your electric blanket.

Our daughter was 7 months old and there is a certain temperature rooms should be for children at that age.

We were originally going to spend £40 but my husband decided he liked the look of the delonghi (at £99). So when he bought it home i told him very politely.....i hope it is worth it.

Well the room in our house was always the correct temperature and it worked wonderfully.

We have now moved to a 3 bed house and we have it at the top of our stairs (we do not have central heating, only storage heaters) and i must say it still works wonderfully.

I think if you can afford to buy this item it is good as having a real built in radiator, and i must say we are delighted with ours.

Ive got one of these, as my sons bedroom is a loft conversion, but I find that they are so expensive to run.
