Cookworks Slow Cooker ... bought a cookworks slow cooker from Argos after they were reduced for £14 and I don t know how I managed so long without one. Once out of the box the quality was good although the stainless steel was a little thin and the whole cooker had a good sturdy feel about it. Weight wise it was more than manageable, there is a cookery pot inside that is removeable and the lid has a plastic handle on top to make removal easy. I found the instructions slightly confusing to start as there is no timer just 2 heat settings , low and high. Despite the 2 choices of heat it cooks suprisingly well. Morphy Richards 48719 Slow Cooker ... have only recently purchased this slow coker but so far i am happy with it. It is extremely easy to use and the instruction book is useful as it contains a selection of recipies. It doesn t take up a lot of room and is one of the nicer looking slow cookers that we looked at. The crock pot is of a very good quality and easy to clean soit takes a lot of the hassle out of preparing meals. The sides do get very hot when it is on which may be a concern for some but we happily leave it on while we are out during the day. The 3.5L model is a good size for soups and stews but I don t think it would be as suitable for cooking joints of meat in. One disadvantge is that there isn ... Rival Crock-pot 37401BC-IUK ... was given to me as a housewarming present and I honestly couldn t live without it. I ve always been a fan of slowcookers, because my Mum had one when we were kids and I used to see how she s throw some ingredients in the slow cooker in the morning and then we d effortlessly have a nice meal in the evening. I can t fault this particular slow cooker - it is easy to use, you can fit a good amount of food in there and it s easy to wash. I don t know how much it cost (with it being a present) but I d recommend it to anybody, you will soon make your money back from it. The product is perfect for the demands of modern life.
