The fire had a nice slightly fluted effect to the fire hood and the front of the fire hood had a central gold design piece on it, which set the hood off nicely. The hood also had a series of air channels incorporated into the top of it. The lower part of the fire had a series slim slats and a central panel with a gold detailed highlight. This was all was set off by two slim pillars which had a gold finial on each of them.

When thinking about upgrading the old gas fires we had some time ago, we visited a well know high street retailer and purchased a Flavel Leisure Emberglow Classic Gas Fire which at the time was keenly priced at £359 plus fitting. We bought this alongside a Flavel Leisure Renoir Gas Fire as we thought it would be nice to pick similar but slightly different styles of gas fire.
