I bought the Flavorwave Halogen oven from the shopping channel after watching it for about a year and its the best thing since sliced bread, I rarely use my cooker now which saves on the electricity but more importantly on the washing up.
You can cook from frozen
You can bake
You can cook complete meals.... although I cant fit complete meals in for my family of big eaters.
A whole chicken is cooked lovely and moist on the inside and beautiful on the outside.
For microwave meals there is no longer the bland top but a nice oven cooked effect.
You can cook a massive stew / chilli / curry and use the bowl to serve, great for party's.
The ultimate though is the cleaning, it has a cleaning function where you put some water and a little washing up liquid then put it on the cleaning cycle but I find it so much easier just to pop it in the sink give it a wash, nothing sticks to it as its glass, so it is literally a wipe round then job done. As it is glass none of the smells from the last cooked meal are left behind, brilliant.
