Advantages: Very compact, easy to clean and healthy cooking gadget

Disadvantages: None

Goerge Foreman has come up with yet another compact and healthy grill for instant cooking. The rectangular shap is easy to store and the design is simply fabulous.

I was interested in a gadget that woul allow me to cook in very little time and cook healthy as well. The non stick interior (as in any other grill) omit the need to spray any oil before placing meat/vegetables on to it. I have tried cooking mea cutlets, boneless chicken breasts and vegetable a like on this grill and they have turned out just as the product manual claims.

The healthy factor is very important for me and I use this grill for almost every other meal to make the main course that fills my stomach and at the same time retains all it's nutrients intact. I have used the grill for making sandwiches with cooked meat and vegetables. You can innovate with various recipes with this fabulous friend of the kitchen counter.

Summary: A great friend of the cook !!!

Fair review but could update your review with more info for future buyers such as:

Cleaning it
Time taken on average for cooking meat
Design & Quality
Cost price

Yes whilst it is non-stick the user manual does suggest that oil can be sprayed on the panels - they drain off anyway and allow the owner to have additional blends into the food product during the cooking process.
