Advantages: Healthy, clean, quick
Disadvantages: none
I bought this product some time ago, from one of the shopping channels on tv, and i am sure glad i did. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and the food tastes exactly how it should. virtually anything that can be cooked in a grill, can be cooked in this, but with a lot less fuss, you dont get any nasty smoke like you do from a grill, when the fat spits up to the flame or element, just a tasty aroma, bacon smells soooo good when cooking in the health grill. The grill comes with small trays to catch the fat that runs out from the front, and i was so surprised to see just how much fat there was in foods like burgers etc. The grill will cook 4 burgers in around 5 min's, and the fat catching tray will be full, it is easy to see how this is a very healthy way of eating. i have just discovered that the grill makes very good toasted sandwiches, scrambled egg and bacon is my favorite at the moment mmmm. All you need to do, is place one slice of bread in the grill, buttered side down, put your filling on, place a slice of bread on top, buttered side up, close the grill, and wait just a few min's, the sandwich comes out nice and crisp. Be carefull, the filling will be very very hot, allow to cool for a couple of min's before eating. I'm sure that as time goes on, i will find lots more things that i can do with the health grill, there is not one bad thing that i can say about this product, it is excellent, i am now looking to buy one of the larger models.

I always worry with these George Foreman grills that he's not exactly lean - not a very good advertisement I feel! (Still, I guess he must be fit...) |
