I blearily wandered out of the bedroom, one morning to be greeted by a low growling sound from the kitchen. Great, I thought Geoffrey the mad Mohican giraffe has returned with one of his big cat mates. Nothing against either of them, it is just that neither Geoffrey nor any of his friends clear up after themselves. But no the kitchen was empty, Geoffrey was still away, just the normal stuff in the kitchen, except there was this rather attractive new kettle boiling on the work surface and boy did it make a deep growling sound as it heated up the water for my morning coffee. After living for a couple of years with a white plastic jug kettle, that had seen better days. The plastic had become discolouredand looked grubby. I decided that I needed a change. Something bright and shiny.So off I went to Homebase and right before my eyes that round fat shiny kettle jumped out at me, shouting buy me, buy me.So I did, as you do. I paid £28.99 . Well sorry this is going to be a boring op about a kettle. the kenwood JK 965 a different kettle to the one this space has been created for but it is kenwood and cordless.
