Do you like to make the odd cake, meringue, whip cream, instant desserts,creamed potatoes or even a yorkshire pud? This little machine will do them all and more. I have a Kenwood food processor which I am very happy with, but it does take a bit of washing up, so a find a little handmixer is ideal for those smaller jobs. It is very simple to use, just push in the two stainless steel beaters, push the button on the top to select your speed and your away. The only other button releases the beaters for cleaning, so just watch you don't mix them up, or you will hear an interesting plop as the beaters sink down into what ever you are mixing. ...
