Kenwood IM250 Ice Cream Maker

OK so make no bones about it.... being dairy allergic sucks.... big time. The major things I miss is a nice rich smooth icecream, whether it be soft serve mr whippy style or out of the tub. Soya versions sold in supermarkets (if your lucky) or healthfood stores tent to be nice, but watery & expensive to say the least. Last year I pulled a massive coop! For more years than I wish to reveal I’ve made ice cream for the family using the old fashioned method of beating furiously with a wooden spoon, freezing the mixture, more beating, etc etc. I always thought that I had no need for an electric ice cream maker.
