Advantages: very fast and stylish

We bought this model in Autumn of 1999 and by Autumn 2000 a little pool of water around the base had become a flood. This kettle has a 2 year guarantee and luckily for us, a Morphy Richards factory nearby. At the factory we were told "Oh yes there is a design fault with this model and it has been replaced with a newly designed seal" The company helpline was very good and we soon had our replacement kettle. Is your kettle under 2 with the same fault? Get on the phone for your new kettle..no problem.
