I have a large family, 2 adults, 5 kids and my chip pan gets plenty of use. I was never really happy with my last deep fat fryer from the beginning and it used to drop to bits at the most inopportune moments. (See other op) So I decided to invest in a new one. After having a good look round and weighing up all the costs, (including buying a chippy) I decided to buy the Moulinex Pro Clean Deep Fat Fryer. My first consideration obviously had to be the size. It also has a filter system for breaded foods, you buy the filters (they are like large coffee filters) and they fit into your basket and clip in so that you don't ruin your oil. All in all I am very happy with this fryer and would ...
