This is a great deep fat fryer. I bought mine about six months ago and am very happy with it. It holds two litres of oil and has a removable non stick tank, this is great when it comes to changing the oil and washing it up, no electric bits to worry about! It also has a viewing window which you must remember to smear with a little oil if not you won't see a thing because it'll steam up. It has temperature settings 1 - 4. It also has a filter system for breaded foods, you buy the filters (they are like large coffee filters) and they fit into your basket and clip in so that you don't ruin your oil. All in all I am very happy with this fryer and would recommend it to you.
