Getting down to the basics, this particular model has cool touch walls, variable browning control (at least on the parts it actually toasts, other parts aren't brown at all), there is a cancel button, cord storage and a slide out crumb tray. I have to say the slide out crumb tray is far better on this model than on my previous one. It really does slide out very easily and is simple to clean. What on earth can you say about a toaster except perhaps that it toasts!!!!! Well it toasts half of the bread anyway, the top half of the bread doesn't fit in between the radiants. It would be easy to say that as I only spent £7 on this toaster, from Asda, that I've "got what I paid for". However, the more expensive toaster which this model has replaced had a similar defect.
