I have always made bread from time to time so a bread maker was always going to find its way into my house at some point. So when the Prima Breadmaker found its way into my stocking one Christmas I was delighted and it has been used regularly ever since. It is quite a large unit so takes up a considerable ... I had the Prima ABM-7. Initial impressions were good. I liked the design, it was easy to use and made nice bread. Sadly the non-stick deteriorated rapidly to the point where it was hard to get the loaf out in one piece. I returned it for a refund and got a Breville, which isn't such a nice design, but the non-stick is 100 times ... Read the complete review

My new toy is the Prima Home Bakery - although it pretends to be a Schneider machine! Throughout the instruction booklet it refers to the Prima Home Bakery so this is a bit of rebranding. Having read mixed reviews on breadmakers I've not been sure if I really wanted one but when I saw this at £34.99 in Asda I couldn't resist. As a ... Read the complete review

Well on Christmas day my life changed forever with the arrival of my breadmaker. The last thing I did before heading to bed on Christmas night was set the machine to make me fresh bread whilst I slept. Boxing day morning I awoke to the smell of freshly baked bread and my life was changed forever. ~~~ Gadgets ~~~ I love gadgets, hey ... Read the complete review

I recently decided to purchase the Prima Home Bakery for £59.99. I've never been a bread-maker, and have always bought my bread from a shop, but after much consideration, decided on buying this bread-maker. In the long run, it could save me money, or if I run out of bread, I can always whip a loaf up. This particular model makes ... Read the complete review

Over the years I have always made bread the traditional way, kneading and pummelling to my hearts content, spreading flour liberally over the dough kitchen counter, the floor and of course myself. Usually resulting in a fine white misting and the knead (sic) for me to use Head and Shoulders shampoo. Now however things have changed in the Cata ... Read the complete review

OK! Enough of the "helpless males around the house" jokes already! Why is it that women automatically assume that men are undomesticated and useless in the kitchen; that if it looks like a mop and feels like a mop, then a man will be clueless as to its use? Many of us DO know which end of the Dyson sucks and which end ... Read the complete review

I have always wanted a breadmaker and after seeing the Prima Homebakery ABM9 on special offer at £49.99 from our local Robert Dyas store I was quick to snap up the offer! I've had my breadmaker for about 3 weeks now and have made in excess of 25 loafs which turn out perfect every single time. In about 3 hours the perfect 2lb loaf can ... Read the complete review

When I came home from Hospital after a major operation I walked into the house, and stuck to the kitchen floor. "Now" said my husband, oblivious to the problem, "if there's anything that needs doing, just tell me". "Well", I said, "would you wash the kitchen floor?" "Sure", he said, face ... In Home Bakery I love home-made bread, and have always made my own until recently, when the kneading process became too much for me, and after 2 minutes my arms began to feel as though they were going to ‘drop off’. I am an old age pensioner you see, and so I had to call it a day. Well, I thought, what about buying a ... Read the complete review

If you live a healthy lifestyle then you want to get yourself a BREADMAKER. I use a Prima Home Bakery to cook a loaf which lasts my wife and I a week (slice it when cold and bung it in the freezer). Friends coming round? Make a fresh one to go with the soup, dinner etc. Try one with cheese, onion, garlic powder, Worcester sauce and mustard added - ... Read the complete review
