I bought a prima Kettle 1 year ago and I love the kettle it looks the part in my kitchen and goes with everything else, I am not happy with the delaminating which is occuring around the top of the kettle. I don't think this should happen with such a new product. I would like to now who I can Get in touch with to see what I can do I had a Russell Hobbs for 9 years and it finally gave up this is only a year old. ...

We recently had to purchase a new kettle, due to our old one leaking. It had been leaking for about a month, but it was one of those things I kept putting off and making do with. Eventually I got fed up with it and decided enough was enough, it was time to invest in another one. We are planning on having stainless steel in our kitchen, when we eventually get around to decorating it, so we decided that we may aswell start now and buy a stainless steel kettle. I had seen this kettle in various catologues and the prices varied slightly aswell. I had the lovely but flawed PKG100c until the chrome on its lid bubbled. Back to Argos who could not replace it because the had dropped it from their catalogue. The PKG100c was stunningly simple in its design but suffered from some problems: * slow to switch off on boiling * spat water out when full and boiling * needed frequent descaling with hard water The PKG200c has: * a different, lighter, switch so may switch off faster. * a different lid with a "scale filter" so may not spit out when boiling Overall the design is visually more fussy and styled than the PKG100c but remains the ...
