I purchased these scales from Argos priced £19.99. They will weigh up to 5kg / 11lb. They are an electronic scale that will allow you to weigh your first ingredient, reset to zero and add and weigh your second ingredient. The scale is 1g incremients. I purchased in order to make soap and needed a more acurate reading than the needle scales I had previously. These are really good and very acurate.
