I purchased these scales from Argos priced £19.99. They will weigh up to 5kg / 11lb. They are an electronic scale that will allow you to weigh your first ingredient, reset to zero and add and weigh your second ingredient.

The scale is 1g incremients. I purchased in order to make soap and needed a more acurate reading than the needle scales I had previously. These are really good and very acurate.

You have the main scales and bowl supplied but because you can set at zero for each weigh with a single touch, you can add any bowl and still weigh with great acuracy.

The scales come with a 15 year guarantee. They are lithium battery opperated which I believe should last me several years. They automatically switch off which is great as this is something I am known to forget.

The design of the scale makes them easy to keep clean with no crevises for dirt to get trapped.
