Before I go on to review these particular scales I will tell you how I came to have them, which demonstrates Salter's excellent customer service and how you can have complete confidence in buying one of their products. I'd always had Tesco own scales, I was never really happy with them and they made baking cakes harder, but I thought buying anything better would be so expensive. A couple of months ago I went round a friends house and she had these scales. We used them and I thought they were amazing. I have always loved baking, for as long as I can remember I would spend hours in the kitchen making little fairy cakes or pineapple upside down cake.
