My husband is truly into romantic present buying! Obviously from the same training school as Les Battersby (Coronation Street), he came up with the idea of getting me a deep fat fryer as a present. We were looking for a deep fat fryer that would last this time. One that would be very easy to clean, practical, hold loads of chips(!) and didnt have lots of gimmics that would easily break. This Tefal has the lot. It holds 1.2Kg, very handy when you have a large family or very hungry one. The cooking 'bowl' is very easily removed for washing with no contacts or elements to bother with when you wash it in either the sink or dishwasher (it is dishwasher proof). There is no oil drain to make it easy to remove dirty oil and clean, but I have had one that leaked before so was put off this time.
